1) Do you do custom orders?

I do indeed. Depending on the elements of the order will determine the price & time it takes to make. You will be notified when your items are shipped. If your putting in a custom order for beads, please give them a week to arrive to me.

2) What kind of beads do you use?

I use only quality lamp work beads & Swarovski crystals.

4) Do you ship outside of the United States?
I ship everywhere. However,  If you'd like your items to be insured please let me know upon check out so i can purchase this at the post office. Keep in mind this will add $2.00 to your order. If you do not purchase the insurance i can not be held accountable for the package after it's at the post office.

5) How long do i have to wait for a custom SCENTED charm order?

I have to order the scent you request. Please give at least 5 days to receive the scent & 2 days to actually do the order. {depending if there is a lot to be done.}
